Working Student Growth Marketing - Remote (m/f/d)

YOUR ROLE IN OUR TEAM

Support the team in launching, experimenting and monitoring new acquisition channels.
Perform extensive market research across a diverse range of industries to help Cluetivity grow our B2B client base.
Identify and establish opportunities for partnerships with potential target companies worldwide. This includes designing and implementing of campaigns.
Continuously track, measure and analyze results from Marketing Campagins and improve them.
Work with a wide range of marketing tools to build new and maintain existing relationships with clients.
Research and identify new leisure trends across different countries and industries.

YOUR PROFILE

Enrolled as a student in Communications, Marketing, Business or relevant fields.
Available for 15-20 hours a week on 2-4 days of the week during the semester.
Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
Self organized, analytical and solution oriented mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks.
Microsoft Office and experience with any Marketing Tools is a plus.

DEINE AUFGABEN

Unterstütze das Team bei der Einführung, Erprobung und Überwachung neuer Akquisitionskanäle.
Führe umfangreiche Marktforschung in verschiedenen Branchen durch, um Cluetivity beim Ausbau seines B2B-Kundenstamms zu unterstützen.
Identifiziere und baue Möglichkeiten für Partnerschaften mit potenziellen Zielunternehmen weltweit auf. Dazu gehört das Entwerfen und Umsetzen von Kampagnen.
Du verfolgst, misst und analysierst kontinuierlich die Ergebnisse von Marketingkampagnen und verbesserst sie.
Arbeite mit einer breiten Palette von Marketinginstrumenten, um neue Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen und bestehende zu pflegen.
Recherchiere und identifiziere neue Freizeittrends in verschiedenen Ländern und Branchen.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

Du bist als Student in den Fächern Kommunikation, Marketing, Wirtschaft oder anderen relevanten Bereichen eingeschrieben.
Verfügbar für 15-20 Stunden pro Woche an 2-4 Tagen in der Woche während des Semesters.
Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch.
Selbstorganisation, analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise.
Du bist in der Lage, dich in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zurechtzufinden und mit mehreren Aufgaben zu jonglieren.
Microsoft Office und Erfahrung mit Marketing-Tools sind ein Plus.
